SPARE PARTS
Spare parts for all of our equipment are available in our warehouse. Currently we have 3 spare parts warehouses; One in Tripoli behind our main office, the Secind is in Tajoura and the Third is in Benghazi where our branch office is.
The fact that most of the component in the equipment we sell are from various reputable brands, makes it very easy to find the genuine parts in the local market through their official distributors.
Our customers can quickly and easily order and inquire about spare parts, thanks to the inventory control system we use. The details of any spare part can be viewed instantly, allowing our customers to inquire about the availability of any part over the phone, email or fax and get an immediate reply.
TRAINING
Propper operation of any equipment is crucial and solution for a long lasting equipment. Therefore, propper training is key when it comes to operation. We provide a free training course for all equipment we sell which enssures good operation and maximum performance.
If the free training course is (for some reason) not enough, additional training to additional operators can be arranged at an affordable cost.
